Recover to VMWare. - backup contents can not be found

Hi,

I'm trying to do a recover of backed up disks however when I use the boot CD and select the archive etc it says it can't load the contents.

Tried the universal restore but it says it can't find an os.

Pretty sure this all work last time I did it (few months back).

Vista with intel matrix raid 1 to Vista VM same hardware and tried different hardware
