Recovering files from backup series with some damaged *.tib files

I had a bad hard-disk crash. I sent off the disk to "retrieval" specialists and they recovered many of my *.tib files in an incremental backup sequence. Some files were damaged beyond retrieval including the first one in the series. (These files were saved using True Image 10.) When I try to restore -- I get an error message like: "Can't find file one in sequence".

Is there someone out there who can restore files from "broken" sequences of incremental backup files? I assume that there were periodic "complete" backups in the sequence.

ALSO SHOULD I be using a different Acronis forum??
