Recovering tib files off of ext4 partition

I have a drive that is formatted ext4, and contains a tib backup file. According to this support article ext4 support does exist in the latest version of Acronis Backup and Recovery 10. I am using recovery media from this version. It manages to show the size of the partition and how much space is being used, but says its unsupported. Is ext4 support not available in the version 10 recovery media?
