Recovery 10 - Cant see RAID drives at all.

Thread needs solution

Hey all,

I've got a customer that is using Acronis Backup and Restore Server 10.
I took an image of "Disk 1" and then tried to restore it. The restore failed and then it started BSOD-ing on me.
I created a bootable media disc (they are using the Universal Restore product).
Added in the extra drivers for the RAID and booted up, but cannot actually see the RAID drives when I go to restore the image.
It flat out can't find any disks.
I used the HP Smart Array utility to check the RAID status and its all fine from that end.
I was told about the Windows PE option, but not sure if this will work.

What is the model of RAID? Some HP RAIDs ( e.g. https://kb.acronis.com/content/6495 ) has no opern-source drivers and linux-based media can't work with them, so only WinPE-based media can be used.
