Recovery using bootable disc

Hi,
Im new to acronis, my server hard drives crashed, i have an acronis backup. How do i go about restoring the machine after installing 2 new hard drive. It was on an ESXi enveroment, with windows small business server 2011 standard installed.

Create a new virtual machine on the ESX server, boot it from .iso of a bootable media (created by media builder or downloaded from you account), place backup somewhere the booted VM can access it (e.g. network share), then follow http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ABR11.5/index.html#708.html
