Reinstall agent generates 'synchronizing' error.
Hi.
New user here. We are trying to roll Acronis out across a handful of assrted servers.
For whatever reason, our first crack at it didnt work very well so I uninstalled everything and started from scratch (Mostly because I could NOT delete a storage node..no matter what I did...)
In any case, reinstalling the agent on a server has geneerated this error. Was there some residual leftovers from the prior install, and any ideas how I might be able to resolve this? Everything appeared to de-install ok, though it takes forever.
Also worth noting that the last time I installed the agent, I misalocated a virtual license to it and this time I grabbed the correct advanced edition license.

The "Operation failed: synchronizing with Agent" alert appears on the management server after a machine is successfully registered.
Solution: The reason for this is that Acronis Managed Machine Service had not yet started when Acronis Management Server was trying to synchronize with it. The alert can be safely ignored.
