Somehow when I try to restore my backup from CD boot media of Acronis server, it says:

Task 1 of 1 -Recovery (volume) > need interaction
Restart is required Reboot Cancel

Of course, if I click reboot, it reboots the machine and brings it back to the same point.

What's going on here?

  2. Acronis Info from the running machine
  3. Exact sequence of steps performed
  4. Backup style
  5. What partition is being restored
