Restore contacts items from ACRONIS RECOVERY FOR MICROSOFT EXCHANGE

Thread needs solution

Hi there,
We have Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange installed on the Backup server. It makes full backup every day. When we try to restore Contacts or Calendar items from the Acronis it restores it as a mail item and not as contacts \ calendar item.
Is there any suggestions? is there anything wrong with the restore?

If I correctly understood you, when you recover calendar and contacts folders from Information Store backup, calendar items and contacts are not recovered. 

The issue you have experienced is well-known, our developers are working to create fix. Unfortunately, there is no a solution at the moment, the issue is under investigation.
