Hello amir sh,

Welcome to our forum and taking time to post the issue. I am happy to assist you.

When recovering machine, that is part of a domain, you need to rebuild the trust relationship. While booting the machine without network cable connected, you did not login into active directory.

The best way is to remove this machine out of active directory before shutting down the machine. Then you can restore it and move it back to domain. This kind of actions is only necessary while using Acronis Universal Restore to move the operating system to new hardware. Not moving the operating system to new hardware, you should not encounter this problem.

If you need additional assistance, you can contact our support. You will find all related information about support options in our Customer handbook.

Let me know if you need additional help please.

Thank you.

?

Hello amir sh,

Thank you for the quick reply.

Can you please tell me, what Acronis product you are using? True Image indicates on one hand the Home version or a very old corporate product. That needs clarification first.

I am happy, if you can provide me this kind of information.

Thank you.

Hello amir sh,

Thank you for your quick reply.

I have moved this thread to the section for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 & 10.

If not already done, please download and run the latest Acronis bootable media to restore the system. If this does not help, please follow my instructions from this post.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.
