Restore to image & eroore to login
i am using Acronis True Image Restore to image a Windows xp . After I login as a new user, i am able to setup the user and all is well. sometime after the setup, when i login as that user later, i receive the following error message:
The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed.
if i unplug the ethernet cable i can login, then plug it back in and all is well. this is the same with many of these new dell workstations.. i cannot removing it from the domain,
i am running a windows 2003 r2 domain with all updates on servers and xp image.
thanks-

Hello amir sh,
Thank you for the quick reply.
Can you please tell me, what Acronis product you are using? True Image indicates on one hand the Home version or a very old corporate product. That needs clarification first.
I am happy, if you can provide me this kind of information.
Thank you.

Hello amir sh,
Thank you for your quick reply.
I have moved this thread to the section for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 & 10.
If not already done, please download and run the latest Acronis bootable media to restore the system. If this does not help, please follow my instructions from this post.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.
