I want to use an imac as a windows machine using bootcamp, can I take a copy of my pc setup and restore it to a bootcamp partition on a mac?

Acronis products don't support Apple computers - http://kb.acronis.com/content/1746 . Most recent products will most likely be confused with Apple hybrid MBR that is used for bootcamp.
