Running Disk Recovery Task from AMS on ABR11 Advanced Server

Running ABR11 Advanced Server build 17318. If a disk recovery task that includes the OS is configured on the Management Server, the recovery asks to reboot the machine being recovered. After reboot, another recovery task must be re-configured on that machine to complete the recovery.
Is that expected behavior?
