Scheduled backup doesn't start

Thread needs solution

Hi!

I have Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 (build 11.0.17437) running on Windows 7 64-bit. It's been working fine until recently but since a few weeks ago it refuses to start the scheduled backup for no apparent reason. I can start it manually and it works. I tried disabling and enabling it. That doesn't seem to help. The Next Start time sits at the past date but the date changes to the correct one as soon as I disable it. I have attached a screenshot showing the current status.

What can it be?

please create a new backup task and check if it can be successfully executed on schedule.

I did as you said. The new task doesn't work either... Please advise what to do next.

Hi mm,

in this case problem might be caused by Acronis Scheduler malfunction.

Please download the newer build of Acronis Scheduler here and check if it helps.
