Scheduled backup on linux agents fails to start

Thread needs solution

Hi everybody.
When I deploy a backup policy to groups of servers everything works fine in the long term for windows machines, but linux policies fail to start on the scheduled time.
They work perfeclty if I run them manually, but they never start automatically, while the windows servers get backed up correctly on the programmed schedule.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Hi dev-anon.
Yes, it is. I normally set a random delay of maximum 12 hours. It works well with windows servers and I assumed it could go with linux as well. Am I wrong?

Now I'm not sure that it can be caused by time distibution, but it may be worth trying to check.

Hi all.

Shortly after opening this thread I contacted the technical support and shown them the problem.
This has been fixed with the release 11639
