Server hangs when I'm trying to install or uninstall Acronis Agent

Hi! Sorry for my english, I don't really know the right word for "server doesn't responding, freezes". Will use "Hang"
My server (Windows 2003 sp2 + MS Exchange 2003) hangs when I'm trying to install or uninstall Acronis Agent (Acronis Backup & Recovery 10). First time it has been installed and then server stopped responding. After reboot it didn't start.
It start to boot and work properly when I disabled all Acronis services in safe mode. Now, when I'm trying to uninstall or install acronis agent again it hangs. I've tried to use Acronis Backup And Recovery cleanup Tool (abr_cleanup) in safe mode, and have no optimistic result, it hangs instantly again. So I'm in awful situation. Now I do backups with ntbackup.

Is there a possibility you are using an older build of Acronis Backup and Recovery 10? The latest one in your case would be 11639.

some more information. We used to use Symantec Backup Exec agent and trial version of Acronis True Image Echo previously. But it was properly uninstalled

Anton, thank you for your answer! I use the latest version of ABR10 10.0.11639. I'll try to contact the support team tonight, it's huge time difference about 12hrs between USA and Kazakhstan. Does Acronis have support team in Russia?
