Several Problems with Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange on Windows SBS 2008

I have several Problems. Please check the log in the attachment. How can I get the backup task running?
We use the german version of Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange (Version 1.0 Build 176).

You are using an outdated build of Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange. Please download and install the latest build #220 and see if the issue remains. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.
