Thread needs solution

I am using "BR 10 13545 ":
BackupRecovery.13545_s_es.exe

But I have license for the update "BR 10 13762 "
BackupRecovery.13762_s_es.exe
BackupRecoveryWorkstation_s_es.iso

And have license for the update " BR 11 17440 "
ABR11S_17440_es-ES.exe
ABR11WUR_es-ES.iso

I have recorded “ABR11WUR_es-ES.iso” in a CD.
Is it correct?

But when I execute ABR11WUR from this CD with backups realized with " BR 10 13545 ", these are seen like of size 0 KB.

Bootable media of version 11 can recover archives created by version 10. In what window are they displayed with size 0? Does clicking 'resfresh' help? Is it possible to recover from these backups?

I only use "Bootable media 10" from a CD.
PC has WXP.

With "Bootable media 11" I can see 2 backups with 0 KB, and 1 backup with 6 GB.
And they are all of approximately 6 GB

It's hard to say what is going wrong without a (digital photo) of bootable media screen where backups are displayed with size 0 and a screenshot (from Windows explorer) of the folder where tib files are stored.

It's hard to say why it is displayed with zero size. May be content of .meta folder may give some hint.
If you click 'recover' in bootable media and then select the same vault and backup, will it display backup content and allow you to proceed to recover page or browse its content as files? If yes, it's probably ok (and you may perform a test recovery on a spare drive to be sure), if not, you need to check them with ABR10 to rule out corrupted archive.

One more question - does ABR11 installed in windows recognize this archives properly?
