some incompatibility with 64 bits?

Thread needs solution

Hello Antoni,

As you can see from the documentation, Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 supports 64-bit systems:

http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ABR10/#1490.html

However, Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 does not support newer OSes like Server 2012 or Windows 10 (because they did not exist during that product's lifecycle). If you want support for these newer operating systems, you will need to upgrade to the latest version and build of our product.

This upgrade is free as long as you have a valid maintenance license.

Hi - I'm unable to run Acronis True Image 2018 on my computer.

It seems to install, but it doesn't run at all.

The Windows 10  Program Compatibility Troubleshooter indicates that TrueImageLauncher is incompatible with my system.

Is this a completely lost cause, or is there some other way to run True Image (e.g. command line interface)?

Thanks
