I'm working with B&R Advanced Virual Server. I have created a backup policy with backup source [Fixed Volumes]. This policy I applied to a group with 4 virutal machines. On 3 of them the backup works fine, but on 1 machine the backup is stopped with error:

Source is not selected. The operation has been terminated.

The first level support gave the problem to the second level support. From second level support I got no answer. Perhaps anybody in the forum has an idea.

I would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused, and I will be glad to help you with. Unfortunately I coulnd't find the case in our database, related to this issue, so could you please kindly tell me its number? I will be able to find it and make it be handled in a proper way.

We also will need some additional information for successful investigation, so could you please kindly do the following: 

  1. Connect to the host (to the machine in question)
  2. Create the backup task and run it
  3. After that please gather the Appliance Logs
  4. Could you please provide us with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the problem you report, so that we can reproduce it?

After that please kindly contact us with the information gathered, we will review it and definitely provide you with the solution.
