still no registiring possible, still no uninstall posible

Thread needs solution

Hello The email beneath I received from you a few days ago. Of course I did install the latest version ( downloaded from the registered product side) I realy like to receive a solution for the following persisting error: 1) I cannot register (My solution was to un-install Acronis and Re-install it) 2) Uninstall does not function due a fatal error from you install package (I download a new version but this messages still coming back) 3) Contact you support (Offered me cleanup tool that required me to deactivate UAC, but I do not have that possibility. All and all I’m still with troubles, please contact me by phone because email exchange ( your response) takes to long).
