DOH, fixed. removed screenshot.
I spoke with an Acronis Tech today and got this issue resolved, well I hope so. Will know tonight once backups run formally. Early tests indicate things working.

Carl, would you mind to share what helped, especially if it's different from http://kb.acronis.com/content/30164 (you should have been redirected to that article by the KB link)?

The problem is we have an extra ESX Server machine on the vSphere which we have around in case an ESX server dies. We had to disable the license associated with it so we maintain our license count.
What burns me, is one server is a 3.5 server with only one VM which I don't back up. I can't no way no how FORCE acronis to not recognize that machine and ONLY the ESX Servers for which I'm backing up VMs and have Licenses. I removed and revoked the license for that server, and applied it to the proper server, but NOPE didn't work. Would still get the error. It's stupid. If I'm not backing up VMs on an ESX Server, I should be able to tell Acronis, DON'T COUNT THIS SERVER IN YOUR LICENSES and back up the rest.

Hi Carl, can you please share the fix here if you were able to find any on this issue by any chance?

Hello FabioB,
Please check, how many hosts you have in your environment and whether they are configured as a cluster. If you have a cluster, you will need 1 license for every node. You can assign the licenses as follows: https://kb.acronis.com/content/30947
The availability of keys you can check in the License Server. If licenses are assigned to the wrong machines, you can revoke the keys and re-assign to different machines.
Thank you,
