Suddenly it quits? 4,194,318(0x40000E)
this software is version 10.0.13544
Software has been working fine for 2 years, suddenly this week, it stops.
This is on a server at a hosptial and I cant just take it down when there is a problem.
one error it doesnt show now, was that "drive letter remmebers another path" or something. now it acts as though a domain admin on this PC doesnt have rights to do backups? I did update to the latest (13544 version) last night when I started to have trouble. This machine is the domain controller as well as file server and much more.
In acronis itself, I have tried to clean out the vaults, delete all jobs I had it run, and re make them. still get error instantly. This is from the log
Failed to open the backup location.

Anton,
It is not because of issue, it was supposed to backup entire disk and partitions on it.
Need more info on how to conatct you (acronis support?), link takes me to a generic page? My paid support is over, I have negotiated with getting newer versions, but havent yet. how can I get some help with this issue?
User possibly deleted folders, but I cant even make a new backup, it seems that when I looked inside properties to make new plan like it, to back up to another partition of an array (for more room) even though I canceled my way out, the backup plan was killed!
I didnt post in original post, this is windows 2003 server, with all updates from MS have been installed as of last week.

Yes, I meant exactly this - 'back up to a mapped drive' that it is selected as a vault, destination. It's not recommended, a full UNC path (e.g. \\server\share\) is advised instead.
