Take contact with Acronis, need information
Hi all!
I'm Eugene NGONTANG from Cameroun. I'm working in the It Solutions and Managed Services Unit in my compagny and we're looking now for a best and specific backup solution.
In fact I want a solution which could allow me remotely from my workstation, to make a complete backup of any computer on the network and save it directly in a local server on the network.
I've discovered Acronis with all its security and backup features. However as the product has to much versions, I don't wanna mistake myself and come toward you to know how to take attach with Acronis and get a person who could guide in my choice, answer to my questions, assist me during the test process before reaching the step of buying the licence and deploye the product in our network here.
What I would like:
- Be able to backup an entire disk of eachever computer on the network remotely from my workstation and save the image in the local server.
- Restore the image when necessary
- Be able when restoring the image, to directly do a network installation of that image on a new hard drive or machine
- create bootable Cd/DVD of the images I create for direct installation
That's globally a vew of what we're looking for.
My CEO is worry about that, I've wrote a mail to this address info_eu@acronis.com and get no answer, the mail was not delivered; I wrote to the support and they were not able to answer me.
Please help me to take attach with the good support service for my request. I'm a french guy and would rather have a french support, but i can try in Engilsh, if it's not possible to switch in french
