Temp files fill hard disk

Hello, all.

I'm experiencing an issue on several workstations and servers that I've installed ABR10 on. The issue is that the folder at either C:\documents and settings\acronis agent user\local settings\temp or C:\users\acronis agent user\local settings\tempwill fill up with tens of thousands of temp files until the hard disk is completely full. I've had this be 40gb of temp files on some systems.

Does anyone know the cause of this or have a fix/resolution?

Thank you for your post. I will do my best to help you with this issue.

Are you running an older build by any chance? We had similar problems in build 11333. If this is the case, I would recommend to update to the latest version and let us know if you are still running out of space.

If you are getting this issue with the latest build please reply back to the support representative working on your case and let him know that this problem has nothing to do with the Itzam folder. If you run into any difficulties with the case I would really appreciate if you could get back to me about it.
