TI 2010 Archive file sizes too small

I have been using TI for several years. I just recommended TI 2010 to a customer and notice there are several archive files 4GB in size for one backup. I would prefer one large 50 GB or so file as compared to all these smaller files. I looked for the setting so it would not split the archive backup file but I couldn't find it. I have a large external backup drive with lots of free space. Can someone tell me how to change this setting?

Are the backups being saved on a drive that's formatted in FAT32? Fat32 has a max file size limit of 4GB.

Consider formatting the drive to NTFS (or exFAT).
