True Image 11 Secure Zone Huge

Thread needs solution

Have new computer, have used 140 gig of my C Drive. Did a complete backup using Secure Zone, allocated 800 gig on external drive for Secure Zone, called up secure Zone management and it shows 600 gig used and 200 free. Can someone explain this to me?

Hello James,

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help.

In order to better understand the issue could you please provide us with several diagnostic files?

1) Please download Acronis Report utility available here and run it, create a report and attach the file to your next post. Please compress the Acronis Report output file into an archive (e.g. with WinZip) and attach to your message by browsing for the archive.

This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.

2) Could you please provide me with the screen shot of the internal Disk Management utility window (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management).

If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.
- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
- Save the result picture in JPEG format being preferable.

Attach the file to your next post.

This information will help me to investigate the issue thoroughly and provide you with a possible solution.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience. If the provided information is not clear or if you have any other question do not hesitate to post them and we will be glad to answer.

Thank you.
