true image 2010; I have never been successful in restoring a new disk from image yet...

Man this is frustrating! Ghost 2001 was so easy to use; Click back-up, Click restore.

I would think software programs would be easier to use with time; why is Acronis so difficult???

Why can't I just do a simple "recover" with out all the other 1000 steps? Clone and recover should be a simple click and come back in a hour!

I have been using the latest build of 2010 (7160) (and I guess with the false belief I could recover all this time).

I am having issues with Vista and WIN7. SSD's and standard disks.

I mean folks it shouldn't so difficult it takes a MCSE to perform such a simple task!

IF I can get it to successfully say it completed with no errors, the damn machine won't boot, or hangs afterward.

Acronis products are clunky at best!

Who makes a better back/restore product? I'm NOT going to plunk-down more money on Acronis until YOU prove the software really works! Damn! 2009 was crap, and 2010 is no better??? Why would I beleive 2013 or 2014 would be any better?
