Trueimagecmd /explore issue
Hello,
I'm trying to use trueimagecmd /explore with the /vault option. I always get an error : "Command line parameters are incorrect or incomplete."
With the /filename option, everything works well. Do anybody know the correct syntax? According the help file, it should work...
Thanks,
Jerome

Hello Jerome,
Thank you for posting. I will do my best to assist you.
In order for me to resolve this problem I would need to take a look at the full command that you specify. Also, please provide me with your vault location information.
As a workaround, have you tried browsing the vault from the program GUI? Connect to the local machine or AMS->Vaults or Centralized Vaults.
Just in case, if you need immediate assistance, you can always contact our support directly. We provide 30 day free trial technical support.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.

Hello,
thanks for reply. Here's the command:
trueimagecmd /explore /vault:"\\SERVER\SHARE" /arc:%COMPUTERNAME%.domain.com /net_user:domain\user /net_password:pass
I have configured Acronis that the archive name is computer.domain.com
I cannot really use a workaround, because we implemant the backup and restore as a self service webapp. Each user will manage his backups alone, and without Acronis GUI. The goal is to integrate Acronis in a Web application (for backup, explore and restore). If you have a better idea, let me know.
Thanks,
Jerome

Hello Jerome,
Thank you for replying.
I appreciate the fact that you provided me with the full command, it helped me to try and reproduce this problem using the exact parameters that you have specified.
I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but it appears that this specific command failed to work for me too. I have tried testing it on my virtual machine and had no luck so far. The /filename option is also working for me too. It could be a known issue within our software. I will forward this issue to our Quality and Assurance team, so that they can reproduce it and forward it to our Development team.
As a workaround, you can try using the /filename option, and from my side, I will update this thread as soon as I have any relevant information.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.
