I don't know what version of Acronis True Image I have; I only know this build number.

I couldn't believe that the software can be scheduled to do incremental backups, but not to consolidate on a schedule. Yes, hard drives are "cheap", but....

In any case, I found this (http://forum.acronis.com/content/1742) and downloaded the VBScript to perform consolidation (which doesn't work as-is, but can be easily fixed). I've got it scheduled and it works fine. Or so i thought.

In one of the backup sets I try to run it on, it exits about 30 seconds later with a return value of 1. When I run trueimagecmd /help I don't get much help at all---in fact the consolidate function is not even shown!

If I consolidate the same backup set from within the True Image UI, it works fine, but this can't be scheduled.

So can you post the error codes for trueimagecmd so I can try to figure out what the problem is?

Awesome. Let's see if I have this:

1. You sell incremental backup software that can't be set to consolidate on a schedule.

2. You provide nearly zero documentation for the software.

3. You don't take the time to answer a simple question on the forum, so that more than one of your customers may benefit.

I'll be sure to think of Acronis for my future needs.
