Unable to install B&R 10 SBS after manual deinstallation

Hi there,

i followed the sticky for manual uninstall of b&r10 SBS. But i can do what i want, if i try to install the latest built (BackupRecoveryAdvanced.11105_s_de.exe) i get the error "there's a former version .. installed..)

Can anybody help?
