Unable to save backup task
I can't create a backup task. Here's the error message:

However I can access the backup location successfully via windows explorer.

Hello Pantelis,
Acronis Backup and Recovery doesn't support mapped drives so of you want to save your backups on a network share please use a UNC path.
Also please make sure that you are using right credentials for your vault.
BTW where is your vault is located?

Let's let asside the fact that it took you two weeks to answer...
The error is shown on UN?C path vaults. And yes, the credentials are correct.
The vault is a UNC path on a NAS.

the thing is that Acronis Forum is not a main support source at the moment but more of a community effort. That is why we always recommend in case of emergency contacting our support using this web form.
As for the issue itself it will be helpful if we can check if mounting of network share using WNetAddConnection3 function works correctly.
