Uninstall B&R 10 - Error on Agent/Management Server

I am trying to uninstall B&R 10 (completely remove all traces of it so I can reinstall to hopefully solve a different issue) and it has been throwing an error during the uninstall. The error does not bring anything up in the Acronis knowledge base. I've tried doing a regular uninstall through the GUI as well as using the abr_cleanup.exe utility.

I had a similar situation. I was getting "Fatal error during installation" while trying to uninstall Backup & Recovery 10 Agent, Bootable Media Builder, and Universal Restore. After trying to find a solution without success I remembered that I had changed the name of my computer. On a hunch I changed it back to the name I used during Acronis installation and then rebooted. To my delight the problem components uninstalled fine.
