Universal Restore fails on Dell R7200
Confusing issue here.
I recently upgraded from TI 7.1 to B&R 10 Backup&Recovery Advanced Server Universal Restore, and its been pretty painful. Right now, universal restore doesn't appear to be working at all.
I created the boot media and added SATA/RAID drivers for the Dell R7200 to the CD.
I then created an image on a Dell Poweredge 750 and attempted to restore it on the R7200. I selected to use the Universal Restore option. I set the options to force putting in the R7200 driver. The system was NOT set to reboot automatically.
The image seems to load out, but when it gets to the end of the restore, it restarts without giving me any confirmation that it has finished. I did not see any indication that the drivers were added successfully.
When the system loads, it bluescreens during the boot process. I cannot see the blue screen because it only flashes for a moment, but I believe it is a inaccessible boot device error.
I can reproduce this on any R7200 system with the "Intel Matrix Storage Manager" with the controller set to RAID, and a RAID 1 set up.
Anyone have any ideas? I've tried to contact Acronis support with my support contract, with little effect.

Hello David,
Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]
I would recommend you to perform the recovery using Acronis Booting Rescue Media basod ISOLINUX. We have implemented the possibility to download the appropriate ISO file after logging in to your account (the serial number should be registered). Please log in to your account, go to the Registered products section -> Bootable media. Download the file.
You can find more information on how to burn an ISO image to a CD here and here
If the issue remains, please let me know about it via Private messages, I will provide you with the respective file to diagnose the issue.
Thank you.
