Universal Restore Not On Bootable Media

Thread needs solution

Just purchased Backup Advanced for PC. I had originally downloaded and installed the trial version. I then bought the full product. Performed a backup of my computer.

I then created bootable media. Popped the CD in the target computer, attached the USB drive with the backup. Booted the computer up to the CD. I can find no where in the UI where there is a Universal Restore option.

I completely removed Acronis with the ABR_Cleanup.exe utility and reinstalled from the Trial download. Created a CD after reinstall and still not UR option

Went to my accounts and downloaded the bootable media, and the same thing, no UR when I boot to the CD.

I have just cleaned my computer again and am downloading the installer from my account, I will install again in a few hours.

Am I missing something?

OS is Windows 10 on a Dell Precision laptop.

I Removed Backup Advanced and reinstalled. Downloaded and added the Universal Install addon and was able to get a disk with Universal Restore.

It creates another bootable disk to apply Universal Restore, and is not longer part of the restore process.
