Universal restore not working

Thread needs solution

Attempting to do a bare metal restore on a workstation. I have attached a picture of the log file that is created when I attempt to apply universal restore. It appears to me that it can't find the universal restore license. I am using the latest bootable media from the Acronis website and can connect to my Vault and start the restore process. It actually completes but windows starts to load and then reboots.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to download the ISO not from the mainproduct, but from the Acronis Universal Restore product. Please use this product entry:

Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation Universal Restore Standard to download the ISO file.
