Universal Restore Option missing

Hi,

I am trying to restore a backup of my old Windows 2008 32-bit servers onto new servers with different hardware configuration. After I ran the bootable media, the management console did not show the Universal Restore option.

The bootable media already has the Universal Restore functionality built-in, and I have restored other servers which runs Windows Server 2003 (32bit) and Windows Server 2008 (64bit) successfully onto new servers.

My issue is only with Win2008 32-bit not being able to show the Universal Restore option. Anybody can help?

Seems to me you are not using Win2008 R2 which is a 64-bit NOS.
But you probably in the same problem as I encountered:
