Thread needs solution

I was running True Image home trial and then purchased Advance Workstation and every time I try to install it it always gives an error and then backs out when trying to install the Agent. It is the only thing that does not install. It gives an error

UNKNOWN\Components\A2E34D297E7E39E458F061C9377CAAC7\16A95809713C9B84E813B4476211DF91.  System error 5.  Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

I have tried everything. Help!

Thank you for choosing Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.

This issue is related to privileges. Program cannot access some key in registry - that's why you receive this message. Could you please make sure that you're operating from Administrator account? 

Also, please try to install program from components extracted from installation file. Choose option Extract files and run .msi one by one.

If the issue persists, please provide me with the exact sequence of actions that lead to the issue you report, so that I can reproduce it?

What is the exact name of the file you're trying to install?
