updating ABR Agent

hey there,
I have bought Acronis Backup&recovery 10, recently updated all of the components to ABR 11 exept from the Agent that sits on one of my servers that holds sevrel HyperV machines.
every time i connect to my server that hold the HyperV a massege pops up that says:
(see the atteched file).
1.how do i update the agent ?
2.i need to back my data to tape, but it doesnt recognize my type device !
3.i'm all lost with the licenses and programs, why do i have 3 keys and 4 product's ?
i have already tried to upgrade the agent by running the file i downloaded "ABR11A_17217_en-EU" and by adding components wizard in the managment console, it asks me for a key.
i tried all of our keys, non of them work.
please help.
