Upgrade from ATIE 9 to ABR 10
My ATIE setup seems pretty straight forward to me.
I have 4 machines running ATIE Server standalone and 1 machine running ATIE Workstation with all the elements PXE, Backup Server, SNAP Deploy.
Each server backs up to the backup server daily and the management console looks after quotas etc. Works a dream.
I have now upgraded to ABR10 and woe is me. I cannot back up from server to either centralised vault or storage nodes because of license key disabled or remote connection disabled.
Is it not too much to ask that what I could do in ATIE 9 I want to do in ABR 10?
Regards,

If you have created an account and registered your ATIE 9.1 serial number online I'm sure you can obtain an upgrade and upgrade your serial number via the following link https://www.acronis.co.uk/my/products/ (only available if you login).

Hello all,
Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]
Shimon,
Your AMPS license has been expired, that's why you are unable to upgrade the license to the current version free of charge. To purchase the upgrade licenses please log in to your account -> Registered products and support -> Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation -> Upgrades -> Click on the Available Acronis True Image Echo Workstation Upgrade link -> Click on the Purchase Upgrade link -> Fill the web form.
Thank you.

I took over a position and have 10 license keys for Acronis True Image Echo Workstation 9.1 (8353). Quite happy, however: the accountant wants to know if I will incur fees next year. Do I own these 10 licenses & can I use them for forever? Or is their a yearly fee for just using them?

Dear Dennis,
thank you for raising this question, let me help you with it.
Once you purchase the license of Acronis Product you own it forever and can use it as long as you need, there is no yearly fee - it is yours and will always stay yours.
I just would like to notify that as far as everything is moving on and so do we, our products are changing as well, and old version becomes outdated and aren't developed and updated anymore. So, for instance, 9.1 version doesn't support Windows 7, etc. So I would anyway suggest you to upgrade as soon as you have an opportunity to do it.
You can find all the information regarding the latest version of our backup products here.
I would appreciate if you could kindly let us know whether you have any further questions - we will be glad to help you!
Thank you!
