Aloha,

I am trying to back up to an external drive (USB 2.0) from the AMS Management Console. There is no place for me to select the USB drive. If I do the backup from the "Manage local machine" console, I can see the drive. This is all well & good for the host machine but how do I do it for a managed VM(s)?

Very frustrating this B&R 11 - very buggy software.

It's impossible to select the USB drive directly by design. In order to do it from AMS Console you need to create a vault on it.
