Version 10.0.11345 problem
I installed the software and backed up my computer successfully on a windows 7 machine but i have a few problem:
1- I can't create acronis safe zone even though i use a default option. I have 'system managed' partition, drive C,D,and E. An error message is " ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2- When i restore my win 7 computer with a boot disk, it took 23 mins to do it. The old version 9 on my vista machine takes 10 mins to restore a bigger drive than the one in my win7 machine.
3- After I restore the image on my win7, i couldn't get into the desktop. After i see 'starting windows....', i see a black screen. I have to turn off my computer and turn back on again and everything works.
If you have a solution for my problem, pls post it here. Thank you.

Are all your partitions primary? If yes, system+c+d+e - four primary partitions and then "Acronis True Image cannot create Acronis Secure Zone on a disk with four primary partitions".
2. Drive size itself doesn't matter, amount of occupied space does. But there may be performace issues with linux drivers and the hardware.

I think I read somewhere that SecureZone is not supported on Win 7.
Why bother anyway - just create a partition yourself to use as your backup partition.

First of all thank you for bringing this question up and for all your comment!
I would like to assure you that Acronis Secure Zone is supported on Windows7, so there should be no issues with it, except - as dev-anon already mentioned- if you already have 4 primary partitions on the drive. That's the design of the machine itself.
The other reason why Acronis Secure Zone may refuse to get created are bad blocks on the drive. Anyway we will need to investigate the case, so could you please kindly gather the following:
- Please download Acronis Report utility and run it, create a report and send it to us. Please compress the Acronis Report output file into an archive (e.g. with WinZip) and attach to your message by browsing for the archive.
This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure. - - Download AcronisInfo
- Run the downloaded file.The gathered information will be put in AcronisInfo.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
This information will allow us to take a closer look at the Acronis product state and logs.
