VSS error on external drive

Thread needs solution

Hello, 

I currently encounter an issue with my Acronis Backup & recovery :

My company has 2 job : one on a NAS server with no problem and one on an external drive with 15 issues the last month.
I've seen that VSS are most time the culprit but I cannot manage to solve that.
I've uptdate Acronis to the last built
I've check all VSS : all are in stable state with no error on shadows
The server is reboot every 3 day

here's the error message : 

Command 'Sauvegarder' has failed.

Thank you for your posting! Please take a look at the following KB article, where we address general troubleshoting steps in case of VSS related issues. If the issue persists, please check Windows Event logs (Application tab in particular). Here you can find more detailed information on the root cause of the issue. Alternatively you can disable VSS on the faulty machine, if you do not have VSS-compatible life databases like SQL or Exchange to protect.
