I am trying to find out what account the B&R agent is using to backup my machines as I am concerned that it is using a limited user and that it is not backing up the entire system.

Does anyone know what account it uses?

in the properties of the backup job check "advanced Settings". You'll see and be edit/change the account executing this job.
