What do the icons in the Depot mean?

Thread needs solution

I stumbled over this icon in my depot:

What does it mean?

The backup in question is a full-backup, part of a GFS-Task. It is not accessible in any way (cannot, browse, cannot validate, cannot delete).

I did not find any documentation (no help, not the PDF-Docs) about what those icons mean. Does anybody know or do I have to open yet another support case?

Hello Heiko,

Thank you for your question, I will be glad to address it.

The archive is marked for deletion according to the clean-up task settings (included into the GFS scheme). If you don't have clean-up rules specified, please contact our support with this report and link to the thread.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!

True - there are cleanup settings - but this was a two-days old full-backup - GFS is configured to keep full-backups for 2 months - not delete them after two days! And why is it deleting the most recent fullbackup and not the oldest one?

Darn - another bug. Well once my storage node is able to start again (different support case), I'll adress this issue.

and deletion seems not to work...

As far as I understand, the yellow ones should be gone already. No dependencies and they're long expired.

But they're still there. In fact, the whole Depot doesn't look like there was a backup deleted. Ever.
