Thread needs solution

I have been an Acronis customer for about 2 years. I ALWAYS had access to telephone support. Now it shows it doesn't exist for my questions. Furthermore, I have used the chat support feature before with Acronis. That's not working right now.

I am trying to upgrade from v10 to v11--B&R Workstation. The "coupon" I got in email automatically takes me to the the German version upgrade (I used to own the German version but switched to the English version). But since I now own English, I want the English upgrade (naturally).

I am also getting errors with my backups and need interactive (either chat or telephone) support to solve this problem. Our mission-critical database has not been backed up in over 3 months (I was abroad working on certifications)!

If I can't get someone to interactively help me with this problem ASAP, I'm going to ignore the upgrade and work with Acronis' competitor.

Acronis used to have wonderful support. What happened?!

Thank you for posting your question.

Please accept my apologies, for your problems. If you are using english versions of our software, you should upgrade also to the newer english version. In order to do that, you have first to download your installation file in english language first. How to do that, you will find in this article in our Knowledge Base.

I checked also your account and your support model allows you to contact Acronis support via phone. How to contact Acronis support, you will find in our Customer Handbook (find german version here).
