I have one laptop using the agent on win 7 home premium and the other one installs the agent but when I try to add it to the management server it says the account does not have the privledges needed. I installed this a while ago on the other laptop and did not have these issues. Anyone know how I can do this?

Hi Barry

It sounds like you have the Advanced edition of ABR10? (running a management Server) I don't believe Windows "Home" editions support remote management features. You can use the product as a stand along edition with the "Home" versions of Windows but you are not able to use any of the "Advanced" features unfortunately.
