Windows 2000 Error
We are trying to install Acronis True Home Image 2010 on a windows 2000 pc, everytime i go to install it get this error, i have tryed to install it from disk and i have tryed to install it from the cd.
" The Procedure Entry point setfileshortnamew could not be located in the dynamic link library kernal32.dll"
What would cause this error?
It means that minimum requirements for TI 2010 (windows XP SP3) are there for reason.

Dear Colin, I regret to inform you that Acronis True Image Home 2010 wasn't tested on windows 2000 and officially we do not support that OS - thus I'm unable to assist you with the installation issue. I'm really sorry for this inconvenience.
You can see the list of supported OSes in the User's Guide chapter 1.4.2.
