Acronis VMP7 question: Weird behavior

We are testing VMP7 (latest release). We are backing up about 12 virtual machines. When all the machines backup here is the normal sequence:

* Reconfigure virtual machine (Guest)
* Create snapshot
* Reconfigure virtual machine (Acronis) --- I guess attaching disk
* Reconfigure Virtual machine (Acronis) --- I guess disconnecting from disk
* Remove snapshot

But on 3 machines (which have VMDK's larger than 100GB this is what is logged. It does not seem to matter but I would like to know why this is the sequence. There is no Reconfigure of the Acronis appliance. Although it does still backup the machine.

* Reconfigure virtual machine (Guest)
* Create snapshot
* Remove snapshot
