Acronis vmProtect Validation

Thread needs solution

hi guys.
I noticed that when the task starts up the validation vmProtect consumes high processing load on the appliance (100% peak).
During the backup process, everything normal.
This high CPU consumption ends, sometimes disturbing other backup jobs or even "catching" the vmProtect, requiring restart of the appliance.
Has anyone gone through a similar situation?
Acronis staff would have some information about it?

The appliance is configured with 02 currently vmCPUs and 02 GB of RAM and version 8 build 8184.

The validation process is one of the most CPU-consuming ones since it requires to read the archive and calculate the checksums of the sectors recorded inside it. The Virtual Appliance is using all available resources assigned to it for internal operations in order to ensure the fastest processing speed. For example during the backup or restore operations the CPU is not the bottleneck (the bottleneck is usually the channel used to read/write data from virtual disks/to archives) and thus you don't see such peaks. Nevertheless the validation process even while slowing down the other tasks execution should not cause hanging of the tasks. I've just checked this myself and could run several tasks in parallel along with validation task running at the same time.

NOTE: there is a limit of 5 concurrently running tasks on virtual appliance which includes validation, backup, replication and recovery tasks. This means that you can run 1 validation + 4 backup tasks at the same time. All other tasks exceeding this limit will be put into 'waiting' state and will stay at 0% until the tasks queue is free. If you need more than 5 tasks running, then it would be better to deploy a new virtual appliance into the same environment and distribute the load therefore.

Thank you.
