Any issues with Synology's NAS's as NFS Stores?

I have several customers running VMProtect 7 with wildly different target device scenario's.

All of the systems report they backup properly but when trying to validate I get failures.

We have a Synology 212J, the cheap small model that supports NFS in our office. Backups always work quickly but validation fails on some backups including our main server which is 600GB.

I've run validation tests on systems that use Netgear ReadyNAS 1500's, A HP D2600 DAS storage unit, and even a DL120 Server running Open Filer as a NFS store with no problems.

We were looking at the Synology as a cheap storage target before the data went up online but I don't know if its the Synology, the disks, the setup, etc.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a small NAS that supports NFS that they have had good luck with VMProtect? All I want is to dump the data there for a local store. If our customers have a need to want to start the VM off of the NAS then we go with something bigger like a ReadyNAS 1500/2100.
