Backup to Acronis Online frequently fails

For some reason, my backups to Acronis Online frequently fail and it's very difficult to get a successful backup. I managed to get a "full" backup by using many exclusions and slowly removing them with each successful backup (so as to reduce the amount of data sent in one session).

It's always something about network connection errors. Are there certain ports or something that need to be opened? I can undertand occasional connection errors, but it seems that once an error occurrs the software is unable to reconnect even after several 30 second intervals, and thus the job fails.

A log file is attached for review. It is from a copy job - the actual backup to disk was successful, but the copy to online fails.
